Mr. Maniaci completed his Bachelors and Masters in Accounting at Michigan State University and becoming a registered CPA in the State of Michigan.
Soon after he began managing and advising on business transactions and real estate development projects
He quickly recognized his background in accounting would provide a competitive advantage for his own pursuits in real estate investment and development, and on behalf of others in advisory roles. He formed PMCO to execute those initiatives.
